Keyser Point at the mouth of Turville Creek; thence in a
westerly direction to the middle of said Turville Creek and
thence in a southwesterly direction along the middle of
said Creek to a point where a line drawn along the east side
of the cleared land of the Riddle Farm intersects the middle
of said Creek; thence in a southerly direction along the east
side of the cleared land of said Riddle Farm to the State
Highway at the intersection therewith of the Hollygrove
Road; thence in a southerly direction along the east side of
said Hollygrove Road to the point where the Baltimore and
Eastern Railroad tracks cross said road; thence southerly
along a straight line drawn from said crossing to the Sine-
puxent Bridge, over the head of Ayer Creek; thence in a
southerly direction along the middle of Ayer Creek to the
extremity of the dividing line between Election Districts
Nos. 3 and 4 in Chincoteague Bay; thence along a line
drawn in a southerly direction from the extremity of said
dividing line to a point where the said new line intersects
the dividing line between Election Districts Nos. 2 and 3;
thence easterly along said last mentioned dividing line to
its easternmost extremity.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Supervisors
of Elections of Worcester County shall cause to be stricken
from the list of qualified voters on the registration books
thereof before the next election in Worcester County, the
names of all persons residing in that part of the Third
Election District by this Act made the Tenth Election Dis-
trict, and shall cause such names so stricken off as aforesaid
to be transferred to the proper registration books of the
Tenth Election District of said County.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

AN ACT to exempt the railroad property of the Washing-
ton, Baltimore and Annapolis Electric Railroad Com-
pany, or so much thereof as may be used for railroad
