which applicants for scholarships may be worthy of such
awards.

CHAPTER 235.

AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Commissioners
of Montgomery County to levy annually the sum of ten
hundred and fifty dollars ($1050. 00) and pay said sum
to the Mayor and Council of Rockville, to be applied to
the payment of the bonds issued for the installation of
the water and sewerage systems in the town of Rock-
ville, and the interest on said bonds.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Montgomery
County are hereby authorized and directed to levy the sum
of ten hundred and fifty dollars ($1050. 00) for the year
1933 and every year thereafter, and pay said sum of ten
hundred and fifty dollars ($1050. 00) to the Mayor and
Council of Rockville, to be applied by said Mayor and Coun-
cil to the payment of the bonds heretofore issued for the
installation of the water and sewerage systems in the Town
of Rockville and the interest on said bonds.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.
