No. 4. An Act supplementary to the Act of eighteen
hundred and sixty-four, chapter three hundred and fifty-
three, entitled, ''An Act to incorporate the President and
Commissioners of the town of Cecilton. "

No. 5. An act further to regulate the relation of creditor
and debtor between the State of Maryland and the Susque-
