Sec. 11. And be it enacted, That if the subscrip-
tion obtained be insufficient, the President and
Directors, or a majority of them, may issue the
bonds of said company to an amount not ex-
ceeding the capital stock authorised by this act,
and may secure the same by mortgage or mortgages
upon the property, franchises and revenues of the
company.

Sec. 12. And be it enacted, That with reference
to the condemnation of land and materials, con-
struction of the road and all other matters not
herein enumerated, the powers of said company
shall be the same as those conferred upon the Balti-
more and Ohio Railroad Company by its charter,
and the supplements thereto.

Sec. 13. And be it enacted, That the shares of
said company shall be personal property.

AN ACT to amend an Act, entitled, an Act to make
certain improvements in the vicinity of the State
Live Stock Scales in Baltimore county, passed at
January session, eighteen hundred and sixty-
four, chapter twenty-three, by enlarging the
powers and duties of the Commissioners therein
named.

SECTION. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That John S. Berry, John Slack and
Carey McClelland, Commissioners appointed under
the act of eighteen hundred and sixty-four, chap-
ter twenty-three, shall have power to locate, super-
intend and complete the erection of a suitable
bridge over Gwynn's Run where Baltimore street,
