Mr. Gorman submitted the following amendments :
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Amend title after word "three," insert "four," Sec.
1, line 2, after word "three" insert "four." Page 1, Sec. 4,
add, "no person who is not assessed to the sum of at least
$100, shall be required to pay any tax."

Which were adopted.

Said bill was then read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays as follows, with proposed amendments :

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.
House bill entitled an Act making appropriations for the
support of the State Government for the year 1877,

Being upon its third reading,
On motion by Mr. Gorman,

The vote by which an amendment heretofore adopted, ap-
propriating $1,400 to the State Vaccine Agent,

Was reconsidered.

When Mr. Gorman submitted the following amendment
to the amendment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

After the word "agent," strike out all, and insert, "strike
out $800, and insert $1,400."

Which was adopted.

The question recurring upon the adoption of the amend-
ment, as amended.

It was adopted.

Said bill was then read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays as follows, with proposed amendments:
