House hill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 276, of the
Acts of 1874, relating to Kent Narrows, and all preceding
Acts relating thereto, and to re-enact as follows:

Being upon its third reading,

Mr. Walsh moved that said bill lie over and be made the
order of the day for Saturday, April 1st, at 12 o'clock.
Which was decided in the negative.

Said bill was then read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays as follows:
