The following bills, having passed both Branches of
the General Assembly, were this day presented to His Excel-
lency, the Governor, for his approval:
No. 15, an Act to release Mortimer C. Griffith, Philemon
C. Griffith, Mary R. Dorsey and Eineline C. Orme, children
of Philemon Griffith, deceased, all the rights and interest; of
the State of Maryland, in and to a bequest of two thousand
dollars made by the will of said deceased to his wife Ann
Griffith, who died before her husband, without heirs.
No, 16, an Act to regulate the fee of the County Surveyor
of Garrett county.
No. 17, an Act to repeal section 941 of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title "water,"
No. 18, an Act to repeal the Act pissed at the January
Session, 1874, chapter 278, entitled an Act to regulate fences
on adjoining lands of persons in Prince George's county.
