other suit or suits in the name of, and behalf of the State,
and perform all such other Acts in relation to the interests
of the State in the Southern Maryland Railroad, he may
deem (or the best interests of the State.
Fourth. And be it further resolved by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That a copy of the testimony and the accom~
panying papers, taken before the Joint Committee, appointed
under the resolutions of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed on the 25th day of January, 1876, in relation to the
Southern Maryland Railroad Company, be transmitted by the
Secretary of the Senate to the Grand Jury of the Criminal
Court of the City of Baltimore.
