Which was read and referred to the Committee on the Ju-
diciary.
Mr. Bobinson presented the account of James E. Tate.
Which was read and referred to the Committee on Claims.
Mr. Donaldson submitted the following order :
Ordered, That the members of the Select Committee on
the Fisheries, be excused from the service of this House on
to-morrow.
Which was adopted.
Mr. Harig submitted the following order :
Ordered, That it is the sense of this House that the order
relating to postage stamps adopted January 19th, does not
conflict with the order adopted January 18th, relating to or-
der drawing money from the treasury.
Which was unanimously adopted.
Mr. Vandiver submitted the following order :
Ordered, That the Select Committee on the Fish Commis-
sion be increased by the appointment of Mr. Boyle from
Harford, and Mr. Constable of Cecil.
Which was adopted.
Mr. Baldwin submitted the following order :
Ordered, That the Commissioners of Baltimore county be
requested to report to this House, at as early a day as possi-
ble, the exact amount for which the Almshouse property in
that county was sold ; the amount which was paid in cash,
the amount, if any, still due, the disposition in detail of the
funds received from the sale of said property, and the amount
still remaining to the credit of the county.

The question recurring upon the adoption of the order,
