Testament of Prank X. Knoerr, deceased, late of Baltimore
City, of record in the office of the Register of Wills for said
City in Wills, Liber J.H.B. 217, folio 93, viz:
(a) St. Anthony's Orphan Asylum, Baltimore, Maryland;
(b) Dolan's Aid Children Society, Baltimore, Maryland;
(c) Institute of Mission Helpers of Baltimore City, for use
of St. Francis Xavier, at Irvington, Baltimore, Maryland;
(d) Pastor, Saint Rose of Lima Church, Brooklyn, Balti-
more, Maryland.
147. To a deed, conveying 519 Chaplegate Lane, Lot 4,
Section "O", Plat 3-65, Ten Hills, from Bessie McL. Harper
to Most Reverend Michael J. Curley, Archbishop of the Arch-
diocese of Baltimore, etc., a body corporation sole, dated
August 4, 1943, recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber M.L.P. No. 6487, folio 347.
148. To bequests contained in the Last Will and Testament
of Catherine Hohmann, deceased, late of Baltimore City, of
record in the office of the Register of Wills of said City in
Wills, Liber J.H.B. 210, folio 320, viz:
St. Joseph's Home for Homeless Boys, Philadelphia, Penn-
sylvania, $100.00.
Pastor of St. Joseph's Monastery Church, Irvington, Balti-
more, Maryland, $100.00.
149. To the bequest contained in the Will of Lola M. Bram-
ble, deceased, late of Baltimore City, of record in the office of
the Register of Wills for said City, in Wills, Liber J. H. B.
No. 219, folio 433, wherein the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) was bequeathed to the Church of St. Michael and
All Angels, Baltimore, Maryland.
150. To conveyance, from Rae I. Mayerberg to the Trustees
of the North Avenue Presbyterian Congregation of the lot
known as 2404 Allendale Road, the said conveyance being re-
corded in the Land Records of Baltimore City, in M. L. P.
6461-393 (5/29/43).
151. To the bequest of $100.00 to Christ English Lutheran
Church, located on Hill Street, in the City of Baltimore, State
of Maryland, contained in the Will of Anna M. Boden, pro-
bated on August 13, 1945, and recorded in Liber J. P. C. 39,
