not be of the value of $13,000.00, a sufficient amount in cash
to equal $13,000.00) for the workmanship and costs in making
said ecclesiastical vessels.

(c) To the bequest in Item 5 of bonds (or their succeeding
reinvestments) of the par value of $17,000.00 (or if the bonds
are not valued at $15,000.00, of a sufficient amount of cash
to bring up the value to $15,000.00) to the Vestry of Mt.
Calvary Church, Baltimore, Incorporated in trust, to pay the
income to the Sister Superior of whatever Sisters shall be
working in the Parish of said Mt. Calvary Church, Baltimore.

(d) To the bequest in Item 6 of $2,000.00 to the All Saints
Sisters of the Poor of Orange Grove, a body corporate.

(e) To the bequest in Item 7 of certain bonds (or their
succeeding reinvestments) of the par value of $10,000.00 to
the Vestry of St. Luke's Church, a body corporate, at N.
Carey St., Baltimore, Md. for its endowment fund.

(f) To the bequest in Item 9 of said Will of certain bonds
(or their succeeding reinvestments) of the par value of
$15,000.00 (or certain additional money to bring up a sub-
sisting trust fund to the value of $70,000.00 if the par value
of the bequeathed bonds or the succeeding reinvestments,
together with the subsisting trust fund do not equal $70,000.-
00) to the Vestry of Mt. Calvary Church, Baltimore, Incor-
porated, in trust, the corpus income from said trust to be
used for the erection, construction and furnishing of a
Memorial Chapel.

(g) To the bequest in Item 12 of certain bonds (or their
succeeding reinvestments) of the par value of $5,000.00 to
The General Theological Seminary, a body corporate, in the
City of New York, State of New York, to be added to the
Stone-Alcock Scholarships.

(h) To the devise and bequest in Item 15 of said Will
to all of the rest, residue and remainder of the estate of the
deceased to the Vestry of Mt. Calvary Church, Baltimore,
Incorporated, 816 N. Eutaw Street, Baltimore, Maryland, to
be added to the Endowment Fund of said Church.

(i) To the provision in Item 18 of said Will directing that
all taxes of every kind shall be paid from the residuary estate
of the deceased and such taxes shall not be deducted from
any of the legacies bequeathed the respective legatees or
beneficiaries.

39. To the gift in remainder to the Vestry of Emanuel
Reformed Episcopal Church, contained in the Last Will and
