Finance.

The House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 46, 47,
48, 49 and 50, of Article 30, of tke Code of Public General
Laws, title "Crimes and Punishments," sub-title "Embezzl-
ing Property and Writings," also Sections 56, 57, 58, 59,
60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65 and 66, of Article 30, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Crimes and Punishments," sub-
title "Gaming," and to re-enact the same, with amend-
ments, and to add additional sections thereto.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

Also,

The House bill entitled an Act for the protection of the
records and papers of the Court of Common Pleas of Balti-
more City.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Balti-
more City Senators.

Also, returned

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 11, of Article
10, the Code of Public General Laws, title "Attachments,"
and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Endorsed : "Reported unfavorably from the Committee on
the Judiciary and report adopted."

Also, returned

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal certain Sections, of
Article 47, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to
"Inheritance," and to re-enact said sections with amend-
ments.

Endorsed : "Reported unfavorably from the Committee on
the Judiciary, and report adopted."

On motion by Mr. Ford,
The Senats at 10.15 P. M., went into Executive Session;

At 10.30 P. M., the Senate resumed legislative business,
and

On motion by Mr. Ford,
At 10.30 P. M., the Senate adjourned.
