On motion by Mr. Steiner, it was

Ordered, That the Senate do now take a recess until 8
o'clock P. M., and that when it adjourns this evening it
shall stand adjourned to Monday at 12 o'clock M.

So the Senate, at 3.20 P. M., took a recess until 8 o'clock
P. M.

bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 137, of Article 93, of
the Co Je of Public General Laws, title "Testamentary Law,"
sub-title "Distribution," and to re enact the game, so as to
read as follows, and herewith return the same.
