House bill entitled an Act to add an additional section to
Chapter 46, of the Acts of 1876, entitled an Act to regulate
the sale of firewood in the City of Baltimore for the better
protection of the produce dealer and consumer, to be known
as Section 6 A.
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore, to condemn so much of the prop-
erty of the State of Maryland fronting on Madison street in
the Citv of Baltimore, being part of the Penitentiary grounds
as will make the said street of uniform width of sixty-six feet,
and to alter the grades of certain streets in the vicinity.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 7, of the Acts
of 1870, Chapter 236, entitled an; Act to repeal Chapter 254,
of the Acts of 1872, entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County to appro-
priate a sum of money to the capital stock of the Annapolis
and North Severn Bridge Company, and to re-enact the same
with amendments, and to amend and re enact the same so as
to read as follows.

missioners of Queen Anne's County to levy a sum sufficient
to pay Robert Goldsborough for certain work performed in
the office of the Register of Wills for said county.
