Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for the third reading.

Mr. Feaga, from Select Committee, reported without
recommendation,

Senate bill, File No. 59, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact sections 33, 211, 212, 213, 214, 215 and,
216, of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title 'Allegany County,' sub-title 'County Commis-
sioners and Roads,' and to re-enact the same with
amendments, and add certain additional sections to
said Article 1, sub-title.'Roads,' and to provide for a
road directory and a road engineer in Allegany county
and to place all the public roads in said Allegany
county xinder the control of the road directory, to be
created by this Act.' "

Upon motion, the bill was placed on its second;
reading.

Mr. McComas from Select Committee reported favor-
ably.

Senate bill, File No. 407, entitled "An Act to auth-
orize the County Commissioners of Harford county to
levy annually a sum of money for the support of Elias
Peterson of said county."
