Mr. Hill submitted the following resolution:

Resolved, That it is the sense of this House that
Mr. Benjamin M. Edelin, Jr., be and he is hereby de-
clared elected and that he be sworn in as a Member of
the House of Delegates from Charles county.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on
Elections.

It was moved and seconded, that the resolutions be
