On motion of Mr. LIpman, it was

Moved to substitute the bill for the unfavorable re-
port,

Which was lost.

On motion of Mr. Lipman, it was

Moved to reconsider the vote by which the motion
to substitute was lost.

On motion of Mr. Benson, it was

Moved to lay on the table the motion to reconsider
the vote by which the unfavorable report was adopted.

Which was carried.

House bill, File No. 672, entitled "An Act to further
amend the charter of the Ridgeley Savings Bank of
Caroline county, Maryland, and to change the name
of the same. "

tions,' sub-title 'Primary Elections,' as enacted by
chapter 296 of the Acts of 1902."

In line 30 of section 1 of printed bill, strike out,
"first Monday of October" and insert "third Monday
of September."
