amended by chapter 567 of the Acts of 1894, and re-
enacted by chapter 352 of the Acts of 1898, so far as
the same applies to St. Mary's county, and to substi-
tute the following in lieu thereof."

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Wingate from Select Committee reported fav-
orably, with amendments.

House bill, File No. 698, entitled "An Act to change
the boundary line between Hurlock Election District,
or District No. 15, and East New Market District or
No. 2 in Dorchester county."

In line 11, section 1, strike out the word "Hill" and
insert "Creek Mill."
