                                  No. 1.

Resolution directing the Librarian to furnish the office
     of Register of Wills, of Dorchester county, with the
     Maryland Digest.


     Passed Feb.
21, 1853.
    Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Librarian be, and he is hereby directed to
furnish the office of Register of Wills, of Dorchester
county, with a copy of the Maryland Digest.


                                  No. 2.

Resolution relative to the assessment of eighteen hundred
                            and fifty-two.


     Passed Jan.
21, 1853.
    Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Comptroller be requested to prepare blank
forms, and transmit the same to the clerks of the county
commissioners in each county, and the Appeal Tax
court of Baltimore city, descriptive of the mode in which
said clerks are required to make their returns, summary
