title "Baltimore County," sub-title "County Com-
missioners."

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows, with proposed amendments :

Gorter, Wilkinson,

Said bill was then returned to the House of Dele-
gates.

ORDER OF THE DAY.

The hour of 1.30 P. M. having arrived, the Presi-
dent announced the Order of the Day to be the con-
sideration of

House printed bill No. 144, to amend the general
oyster law with the pending amendments heretofore
submitted by the Committee on the Chesapeake Bay
and its Tributaries.
Which were considered.

Mr. Wilkinson submitted the following proposed
amendments;

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Strike out in the title of the bill the figures "15, 16
and 17."

Also, in section 1, line 2, strike out "15,16 and 17."
Also, in the bill strike out "sections 15, 16 and 17."
Which was rejected by yeas and nays, as follows:
