the Actsof 1892, title "Crimes and Punishments," sub-
title "Railroad Obstructing."

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 67, to 76, inclusive, of Arti-
cle 72, Code of Public General Laws, title "Oysters,"
sub-title "Shipping Commissioners."

Endorsed: "Amended; bill read the third time,
and rejected by yeas and nays."

Also, returned,

Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to erect a monument to General Wm. Small-
wood, in Charles county, Maryland.
