House bill entitled an Act to prohibit the granting
of licenses for the sales of liquor within one-half mile
from Brunswick, Frederick county, Maryland.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Wootton, Seibert and Wirt.

House bill entitled an Act to add a section to Article
4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "City of
Baltimore," sub-title "Courts."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Baltimore City Senators.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 59, of Article 27, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Crimes and Punish-
ments," sub-title "Destroying Property Maliciously."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments Article 61, of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Manures and Fertilizers."

Which was read the fir t time, and referred to the
Committee on Agriculture and Labor.

Senate bill entitled an Act to change the name of the
Brooklyn and Curtis Bay Light and Water Company.

Senate bill entitled an Act to sanction the bequests
of Edward Power, of Baltimore county, to certain
charitable institutions, &c.

Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Elec-
tric Light Company of Baltimore county.

Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate money to
pay the Marr Construction Company and others.

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the Burgess
and Commissioners of Taneytown to contract for water
supply.

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Queen Anne's county to employ at
labor convicts in the county jail.

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend Article 93, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Testamentary
Law," sub-title "Administration."

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 277, of
Article 10, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Dorchester County," sub-title "Roads."
