Mr. Moss, from a Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,

House bill entitled an Act to add two additional sec-
tions to Article 2, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Anne Arundel County," sub-title "Oysters,"

With the following proposed amendments:
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

In section 188 A, line 6, strike out "first" and insert
"fifteenth."

At the end of section 188 B, add the following:
"Provided, that nothing in this Act shall be construed
to prevent persons engaged in planting oysters in the
Severn River from remaining or planting the same.

Which was adopted.

Said bill, as amended, was read the second time.

tion of Article 57, of the Code of Public General
Laws, relating to limitations of actions, and to re-
enact the same with amendments.

thereof, and certain other shares of the capital stock
