General Assembly to the sale by St. Stephen's Church,

Jr., and Adolph Simon, executors of the last will and
testament of Johanna W. Simon, late of Baltimore
city, deceased, taxes paid by Mrs. Johanna W. Simon
in her lifetime in error.
