other enclosures belonging to and controlled by the
said corporation, and also within the distance of one-
half mile beyond and surrounding said grounds and
enclosures ; and the said special constables shall ar-
rest all disorderly persons within their said jurisdic-
tion whom they shall find disturbing the peace or in
any manner interrupting the conduct and progress
of any fair or exhibition, or violating any of the pro- visions of this act, or by-laws, rules and regulations
of the said association, and shall take the said vio-
lators before some justice of the peace of the said
county, to be tried and fined in accordance with the
seventh section of this act ; and the said " Special
Constables" and justices of the peace shall receive	Fees.
for issuing and serving all processes under this act
the same fees that the said justices of the peace and
the constables in this State are now entitled to re-
ceive for like services.
SEC. 10. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	In force

CHAPTER 420.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of
Somerset county to have a bridge built across the
Annamessex River.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of
Somerset county are hereby authorized and empow-
ered to build a bridge across the Annamessex River,	Build bridge
in said county, at some point on said river where the
same is not navigable for boats with fixed masts, and
the said bridge snail be of sufficient width to allow
the passage of vehicles, and at least six feet above
high water mark, so as not to interfere with the pas-
sage of loaded boats or lighters ; provided the cost of said bridge shall not exceed the sum of one thou-
sand dollars.
