tution shall be removed from its present site on

Broadway ; to the Lying in Hospital for Indigent

Women, three thousand dollars ; to the House of

Refuge, fifteen thousand dollars ; to the House of
|
 
|
Reformation and Instruction for Colored Children,
|
 
|
eight thousand dollars ; to the Maryland Institute
|
 
|
for the Promotion of the Mechanic Arts, as pro-
|
 
|
vided by act of eighteen hundred and sixty-eight,
|
 
|
chapter one hundred and ninety-eight, and the
|
 
|
proposed extension of its charter, three thousand
|
 
|
dollars; to the Managers of the Maryland Hos-
|
 
|
pital for the Insane, fifteen thousand dollars ; to
|
 
|
the State House of Correction, thirty thousand
|
 
|
dollars for the support of the institution ; and to
|
 
|
two watshmen for the State House of Correction,
|
 
|
seven hundred dollars each — fourteen hundred
|
 
|
dollars.

PUBLIC DEBT.
