CHAPTER 216.
|
 
|
AN ACT to remove all gates from the main public
|
 
|
roads of Anne Arundel county.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That from and after the first day of
|

it shall not be lawful for any person with or without

and convicted, the said fine to be applied to the road

fund of the county.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That any supervisor

who shall fail or neglect to perform his duties under
