CHAPTER 107.


AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with an amendment,


section one of an act passed at January session,


eighteen hundred and seventy, chapter two hundred


and forty-seven, entitled " An act to amend the


sixteenth article of the Code of Public General


Laws by adding thereto the following sections,
