si oners of Brookville, in Montgomery county, to incur
a debt for the purpose of paving the sidewalks of said
' town.
House bill entitled an Act to authorize and direct
the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's county to
grant a pension to John Blackstone, of said county,
House bill entitled an Act to add a new section to
Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"City of Baltimore," sub-title "Mayor and City Coun-
cil of Baltimore," to follow immediately after section
31, and to be called "Section 31 A."
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor
and Common Council of the city of Westminster to
issue its bonds or certificates of indebtedness to the
amount not exceeding $15,000, for the purpose of
paving and macadamizing the streets in said city.

valid a bequest of Nancy Camel, late of Washington
county, deceased, to Manor Church of the Tucker
denomination, and a bequest from said Nancy Camel
to the Methodist Episcopal Church situated in the
town of Sharpsburg, in said county.
House bill entitled an Act to authorize and require
the County Commissioners of Washington county to
refund to Nathan L. Byers, Benjamin P. Rench,
Samuel Poffinberger and Benjamin Eshleman, certain
moneys paid by them as endorsers of George W. Pole,
late Collector of State and county taxes for said
county.
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Washington county to issue bonds
for building a schoolhouse in Hagerstown, in Election
District No. 21, in said county, and to levy a tax for
the payment of the same.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 1, of
chapter 176, of the Acts of 1880, Article 2, of the Code
Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County,"
