Mr. Sams submitted the following message :
BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
February 10th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate ;
We have received your message proposing, with the
concurrence of this House, that the Standing Com-
mittees of the House and Senate, on the Chesapeake
Bay and its Tributaries, which later in the session
may act jointly, be and they are hereby for this ses-
sion of the General Assembly increased by the addi-
tion of one member of the Senate and two members
of the House of Delegates, and concur therein.
We have appointed Messrs. Sams and McSherry.

Which was read, assented to, and sent to the Senate.
On motion of Mr. Hamilton,
The House, at 2.45 P. M., adjourned.
BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

The following Act of the Geueral Assembly, origi-
nating in the House of Delegates, was this day pre
sented to the Governor for his approval, at 10 o'clock,
A. M :
Chap 7. An Act giving the leave and sanction of the
General Assembly of Maryland to the acquisition of
the leasehold interest in a lot of ground in the city of
Baltimore, by the Trustees of the Washington Street
Station of the Methodist Protestant Church in the
city of Baltimore and State of Maryland, a body cor-
porate of the State of Maryland.
