1326 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 31,
Anne's county, to levy for and furnish to said School
Commissioners the money necessary to erect and equip
a High School Building in Centreville, in said county,
and procure a proper site for same.
Which was read a second time.
Also, favorably, from Select Committee,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 172 A,
of Article 18, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Queen Anne's County," sub-title "Fish and Terra-
pins," as lepealed and re-enacted by chapter 528, of
the Acts of the General Assembly, and to re-enact the
same with amendments.
Which was read a second time.
Mr. Bryan, from Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the speedy
execution and enforcement of chapter 299, of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, relating to the establish-
ing and maintaining a High School in Centreville,
Queen Anne's county, Maryland.
Which was read a second time.
Mr Ellegood, from Select Committee, reported
favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 4] to
47, inclsive, of Article 23, of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Wicomico County,"
sub title "Fences."
Which was read a second time.
Mr, Fitzgerald, from Select Committee, reported
favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to amend the Act of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at its session
held in the year 1888, and entitled an Act to amend
the Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed
at its session held in the year 1867, and entitled an
Act to create a Board of Commissioners to keep open
the harbor of Baltimore, and the access thereto from
obstruction by ice, and for river and harbor reliefs.

Mr. Buckey, from Select Committee, reported fav-
