Senate bill entitled an Act to declare the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to
sundry gifts, bequests and devises contained in the
last will and testaments of certain persons, late of the
State of Maryland, deceased, and also to certain gifts,
grants, sales, leases and deeds made by various per-
sons in this State, to and for the use and benefit of
sundry ministerial persons, religions corporations,
denominations or sects, and to certain charitable
institutions hereinafter named.

Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Edmond-
son Avenue, Catonsville and Ellicott City Electric
Railway Company.

the Judges of the Circuit Court for Baltimore county
to purchase law books for the use of its public law
library, and to provide for the payment of the cost of
the same.
