CHAPTER 560.


AN ACT to give and grant the sanction of the General Assembly


of Maryland to sundry gifts, sales, leases, grants, devises and


bequests of various persons in this State to or for the use of


sundry religious sects, orders and denominations therein


named.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted ty the General Assembly of Maryland,

First. To the bequest of Lucy Barnes of Frederick county, to

Second. To the bequest of Henry Zimmerman, of five hundred


dollars to the missionary society of the methodist episcopal church,


incorporated by the legislature of New York, said will recorded


in liber J. P. P. E., of folio three hundred and ninety-five, record


book for Frederick county, Maryland; also to the bequest of


Mary Shank, to the evangelist Lutheran congregation of Woods-

Third. To "the sale and grant by Abraham Greenspon to the


trustees of the anshe emunah Hebrew congregation of Baltimore


city, a body corporate of the city of Baltimore, in the State of


Maryland, of all his rights, title and interest in the property de-

scribed in a deed from the trustees of the "Aitz chaim Hebrew


congregation" of Baltimore city, and Isaac Greenbaum and wife,


and Abraham Simon and wife to the said Abraham Greenspon,


dated the first day of August, in the year one thousand eight


hundred and eighty-nine, and recorded among the land records of


Baltimore county, in liber J. W. S., number one hundred and


seventy-six, folio two hundred and fifty-five, &c.


Fourth. To the sale and grant by Abraham Greenspon, to the


trustees of the anshe emuuah Hebrew congregation of Baltimore
