CHAPTER 458.

AN ACT to prohibit fishing with line, net, trap or otherwise

destroying the fish in the waters of Basin run and its tribu-

taries for a term of five (5) years.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of Maryland,
|
|
|
|
That it will be unlawful to catch or take fish in any manner from
|

land, for five (5) years from date of passage of this bill.

|

SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That the fish commission of the

carp, brook trout, salmon, &c.

SEC. 3. Be it enacted, That any one violating the provisions of

this act, upon conviction of same, shall be fined the sum of twenty-
