LAWS OF MARYLAND.

MARYLAND, Sct--

At a session of the General Assembly of Maryland, begun and
held in the city of Annapolis, on the first day of January
1890, His Excellency, ELIHU E. JACKSON, being Governor,
the following Laws were enacted, to wit:

CHAPTER 1.




AN ACT to amend and extend the charter of the Mutual Fire


Insurance Company in Harford county.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,


That the provisions of the original charter of the Mutual Fire


Insurance Company in Harford county, passed by the General
Assembly of Maryland, at the December session, eighteen hun-


dred and forty-two, chapter two hundred and fourteen, limiting


the duration of said company to the first Monday of January,

Perpetual.

eighteen hundred and ninety, at which time its corporate powers
will cease, be and the same are hereby repealed, and the charter


of said company with the supplements thereto is made perpetual;


provided, that the General Assembly of Maryland reserves to


tself the right to repeal this act or the original charter or any


of its supplements, at pleasure.


SEC. 2, And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from


the date of its passage.

Effective.

Approved January 1, 1890.


CHAPTER 2.




AN ACT to exempt the waters of Dickinson's bay and Reed's


creek in Talbot county, from the provisions of Article ninety-


nine, section two, of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-


land, relative to wild fowl.


SECTION' 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
