At a Session of the General Assembly of Maryland, begun-
and held at the City of Annapolis, on the seventh day of Jan-
uary,1880, His Excellency WILLIAM T. HAMILTON being Gov-
ernor, the following Laws were enacted, to wit:

	CHAPTER 1.
	AN ACT to repeal sub-section one of section eigh-
	ty-seven of article eleven of the Code of Pub-
	lic Local Laws, entitled "Frederick County,"
	sub-title " Frederick," as enacted by chapter four
	hundred and sixty-four of the acts of eighteen
	hundred and seventy-eight, relating to the ap-
	pointment of Officers of Registration for the al-
	dermanic districts of Frederick city, and to enact
	the following sub-section in lieu of the same.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That sub-section one of section
	eighty- seven of article eleven of the Code of Pub-	Repealed and
	lic Local Laws, entitled " Frederick County," sub-	sub -section
	title " Frederick," as enacted by chapter four hun-	enacted.
