cemeteries in this State.

21. Class 6. For carrying on in this State any kind of manu-
facturing, ship-building, mechanical, industrial or chemical
business, and for the sale, transportation, or other disposition
of the products thereof. For manufacturing, furnishing and
selling hot water or steam for motive power, heating, cooking
or other useful applications in the streets and public and private
buildings of any city, village or town in this State; and such
corporation shall have the power to lay pipes or conductors for
conducting hot water or steam through the streets, avenues,
lanes, alleys, squares and highways in such city, village or
town, with the consent of the municipal authorities of said city,
town or village, and under such reasonable regulations and con-
ditions as they may prescribe.

tion 21 shall have power to furnish refrigeration as well as heat.
