ber, in each year, or oftener if need be, according to their own
adjournment; and all process issued from said court, unless the
court shall otherwise order, shall be returnable to said terms.

OUT-PENSIONERS.

264. The county commissioners shall have full power to allow
pensions to all persons, residents and citizens of said county who,
in their judgment, may be entitled thereto.

PISCATAWAY.

P. L. L., (1860,) art. 16, sec. 110.

265. The citizens of the village of Piscataway, in Prince-
George's county, are a body corporate, by the name of "The
Commissioners of Piscataway," and by that name may sue and
be sued, and may have and use a common seal.

266. The male citizens of the village of Piscataway, qualified
to vote for members of the general assembly, shall, on the first
Monday of May in each year, elect three of the said citizens
commissioners of said village.

267. All elections shall be held and conducted as shall from
time to time be directed by the by-laws of the commissioners, not
inconsistent with the provisions of this charter.

268. If, during the year for which they were elected, any of
said commissioners shall die, resign, refuse to serve or remove
from said village, an election to fill the vacancy shall be held
after five days' notice, set up at the most public places in the
village; and all persons qualified to vote at a regular election
shall be entitled to vote at such special election.
