beginning; and the place of voting in said precinct
number one shall be at the house of Eli S. Sampson.
Precinct number two of said seventh election district,
shall comprise all of said seventh election district not
included within the bounds of the above described pre-
cinct number one; and the place of voting in said pre-
cinct number two shall be Pleasant Hunter's hotel, in
Wisesburg.

Duty of officers
of registration.

Sub-Sec. 8. It shall be the duty of the officer of
registration, in the said seventh election district, prior
to the next election in said district, to register all the
voters in said district in the same mode and manner as
the voters in other districts are required to be regis-
tered by the registration laws of the state of Mary-
land; and he shall prepare separate lists of voters,
according to the sub-divisions of said seventh election
district into precincts, as hereinbefore provided, desig-
nating the election precinct of the district in which
the voters are, or shall be respectively entitled to vote,
and shall deliver one copy of the list of voters for each
of said precincts to the judges of election thereof.

Judges of elec-
tion.

Sub-Sec. 9. It shall be the duty of the commission-
ers of Baltimore county to appoint three persons for
each of said precincts, 'residents thereof, to act as judges
of election for said precincts, and who shall perform
the duties of their office in the manner required by the
election laws of the state of Maryland, and such judges
shall make their returns in the same manner as if the
said precincts were districts, and in accordance with the
laws applicable to judges of elections for districts, and
they shall receive the same compensation as other
judges of election in said county.

Approved and in force March 31, 1870.

FENCES.

1870. c. 437 repeals sections 102, 103, 104, 107 and 108 and enacts the following in

lieu thereof:
