REFERENCE TO THE RESOLUTIONS OF
THE SESSION OF 1864.

No. 1. Joint Resolutions requesting our Senators and Representatives, in
Congress, to oppose a tax upon Leaf Tobacco.

No 2. Granting facilities to assist the making of a correct Map of the State.

No 3. Authorizing the Governor to expend any surplus of the contingent
fund, in furnishing and repairing the Government House

No. 4. In reference to the payment of extra mileage to members of the
General Assembly.

No. 5. Expressive of the regret of this Legislature, at the death of Otho Scott,

No 6 Relating to soldiers voting; requesting the Secretary of War, to facili-
tate their return to vote at their respective places in tho State.

No 7. Expressive of thanks to Captain John Rogers and Captain A. H.
Kilty, of Maryland.

No. 8. Requesting our United States Senators and Representatives, to aid in
procuring notice to be given for the termination of the Reciprocity Treaty.

No 9. In regard to allowance of expenses to absent committees.

No. 10. Appointing a committee to inquire into the propriety of purchasing
a part of the Battle Field of Antietam, for a State and National Cemetery, and
of erecting a monument at South Mountain, to General Reno, and his com-
panions in arms.

No 11. Relating to the turning of coupons in compliance with the 25th sec-
tion of Article 94, of Public General Laws, (I. Supplement, 71.)
