Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That all such parts of the Constitution and form of government, as are inconsistent with the provisions of this act, are hereby repealed; Provided, this act shall be published at least three months before a new election, and shall be confirmed by the General Assembly, after the next election of Delegates, in the first session after such new election, as the said constitution and form of government directs. |
