CHAPTER 113
(House Bill 916)
AN ACT concerning
Commission on Judicial Disabilities
FOR the purpose of proposing Amendments to the Constitution of Maryland that alter
the membership of the Commission on Judicial Disabilities; establishing
certain requirements for members of the public appointed to the Commission;
establishing a certain limitation on the number of terms members of the
Commission may serve; providing that the composition of the Commission should
reflect a certain diversity; providing certain provisions of limited duration
for the purpose of implementing the provisions of these Amendments; generally
relating to the Commission on Judicial Disabilities; and submitting this Amendment
to the qualified voters of the State of Maryland for their adoption or rejection.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, (Three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the two Houses
concurring), That it be proposed that the Constitution of Maryland read as follows:
