(House Bill 1048)
AN ACT concerning
Circuit Courts — Judges
FOR the purpose of providing that there shall be at least
one circuit court judge in each county in each of
the first seven judicial circuits; making uniform
the Constitutional provisions concerning the number
of judges and their election in the first seven
judicial circuits; repealing certain provisions
concerning judges in the first and second judicial
circuits; repealing obsolete language; making style
changes; and submitting this amendment to the
qualified voters of the State of Maryland for their
adoption or rejection.
