AM ACT concerning
Elected Officials — Convicted of Crimes
FOR the purpose of adding to the Constitution of Maryland
a provision [[removing certain elected officials
from office upon conviction of certain crimes
notwithstanding any appeal which may be taken]]
[[for the suspension without pay of certain elected
officials from office upon conviction of certain
crimes_and for the reaoval of such officials if the
conviction is upheld in a certain appeal; providing
for the appointaent of a person to temporarily fill
