ERRATA.

On page 175, the sub-title "Sales" over Section 225A should be over Section 233.

On page 499, the footnote "Ch. 206" should read "Ch. 266".

On page 461, Section 3, line 2, the word "of" after the word "Article" should
read "or".

On page 500, after "33A" insert the following;

"33B. Department of Forestry authorized to accept donations of land from
Federal Government for state parks."

On page 502, after Section 33A, insert the following:

"1935, Ch. 239.

"33B. The State Department of Forestry shall have power and authority to
accept gifts, donations or contributions of land from the Federal Government,
or any agency or agent thereof; to enter into agreements with the Federal
Government, or any agency or agent thereof, for acquiring by lease, purchase
or otherwise, such lands as the State Department of Forestry may deem suit-
able for State forests or State parks; to make expenditures from any funds
not otherwise obligated for the management, development and utilization of
any such lands; to sell or otherwise dispose of products therefrom; and to
make such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the pro-
visions of this section. Any revenue received from such lands shall be paid
into the State Treasury to the credit of the Forest Reserve Fund, and dis-
bursed in accordance with the provisions of Section 15 of this Article; pro-
vided, however, that not less than 50% of the gross revenues derived from
such lands shall be devoted to the payment of any obligations for the pur-
chase thereof incurred under the provisions of this Section, until such obliga-
tions are fully paid."

On page 831, after Section 16, insert the following:

On page 869, in Section 28, for "unimproved" read "unapproved".
On page 939, Section 56 with note should be below the sub-title "Cases by

On page 1177, over Section 64L, for "Ch. 51" read "Ch. 551".

The following are corrections to the 1924 edition of the Annotated Code of
Maryland:

On page 593, Volume 1 of the Code, in Section 99, omit the words "prohibiting
assignments or sub-leases without written consent of landlord".

On page 639, Volume 1 of the Code, above Section 345, insert "Suits Against
Foreign Corporations".

On page 1140, Volume 1 of the Code, for Section "533" read "553".

On page 2088, Volume 2 of the Code, over Section 18, for Ch. "116" read "115".
