WINCHESTER HARBOR.

1898, oh. 170.

423. The branch of Chester river now known as Winchester creek,
extending from said Chester river to Winchester, in Queen Anne's county,
Maryland, shall hereafter be called "Winchester Harbor."

WYE CAMP GROUND.

P. L. L., 188 S, Art. 18, sec. 284. 1886, ch. 445.

424. If any person shall be either intoxicated or disorderly on Wye
Camp Ground in Queen Anne's county during any encampment thereon
or on the public road in front of said camp ground, during such encamp-
ment, said person shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon
conviction thereof before any justice of the peace of said county, shall
be fined not less than five nor more than twenty dollars for each offence,
and shall be committed to the county jail until said' fine and costs are
paid, or may be both fined and imprisoned, in the discretion of the justice
before whom such person is tried.
