GOVERNOR—EXECUTIVE AND ADMINISTRATIVE
DEPARTMENTS.1

General Provisions.

1-2. Executive and administrative de-
partments.
3. All officers, boards, etc., to be in one
of executive and administrative de-
partments.
4. Transfer of power, functions, books,
etc.
5. Persons in classified service in depart-
ment abolished or superseded, eli-
gible in .superseding department.
6. Hearings, prosecutions, etc., continued
or to be continued and completed

by department taking over its
powers, rights, etc.
7. Orders, rules, etc., to continue unless
revoked, etc.
8. Contracts and obligations to be per-
formed by successor.
9. Exemptions from merit system law to
continue.
10. Co-operation and co-ordination of
work; reduction of force.
11-12. Appropriations, powers, etc., trans-
ferred.
