deceased, to the St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Boarding
and Day School for Deaf Mutes, a school conducted and main-
tained by the Institute of Mission Helpers of Baltimore City;
and to the bequest in the eleventh paragraph of said last will
and testament in favor of the St. Francis Xavier Roman Catho-
lic Boarding and Day School for Deaf Mutes, a school con-
ducted by the Institute of Mission Helpers of Baltimore City,
said bequest being a reversionary interest in the estate devised
to the Safe Deposit & Trust Company of Baltimore City as
trustee.

"73. To the following gifts and bequests to and for the use
of certain religious corporations, denominations, churches or
sects and to certain charitable institutions as hereinafter set
forth, as contained in the last will and testament and codicil
thereto of Virginia Benjamin, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
that is to say: (a) To the Priests who at the time of testatrix's
death should be Pastor of St. Barnabus, St. Francis, St.
Monica's, St. Peter Claver's, and St. Patrick's Churches, respec-
tively, for masses for the benefit of the soul of the testatrix,
$100.00 each, (b) To the Oblate Sisters of Providence, a
body corporate, of Baltimore City, $100.00. (c) To St.
Joseph's Seminary on Pennsylvania avenue, Baltimore, to be
divided equally with the Epiphany College, $100.00, as shown
by the said last will and testament recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Liber H. W. J. No.
108, folio ——, etc.

"74. To the legacies contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Honorah F. Kell, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of said city in
Liber W. W. J. No. 112, folio, etc., as follows: (a) To James
Cardinal Gibbons, Archbishop of Baltimore and his successors
in office, according to the organization and government of the
Roman Catholic Church, a certain picture and jewelry therein
named for the use of St. Gregory's Church, (b) To Rev.
Owen Corrigan of $100.00 for masses to be said for the soul
of the testatrix in St. Gregory's Church.

"75. To the following bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Sarah E. Long, late of Frederick county,
.deceased, duly admitted to probate and recorded among the
wills records of said Frederick county: (a) To the Board of
Foreign Missions of the Reformed Church of the United States,
the sum of $2,000.00. (b) To the Consistory of St. John's
Reformed Church of Woodstown, Frederick county, Maryland,
the sum of $1,200.00. (c) To the Mt. Hope Cemetery of
