duties of his office. And the said County Game Warden shall,
before entering upon the duties of his office, take and subscribe
before an officer empowered under the law of this State to
take or receive affidavits in Dorchester county, the oath or
affirmation prescribed by the sixth section of the first article of
the Constitution of this State. And the said Game Warden
shall file a bond in the office of the clerk of the Circuit Court
for Dorchester County, in the penalty of two thousand dollars,
conditioned for the faithful performance of his duties; which
bond shall be approved by the clerk of the Circuit Court.
Said Game Warden shall report by itemized sworn account at
least once a year all receipts and disbursements made by him
under the provisions of this act.
SEC. 11. And be it further enacted, That any person violat-
ing any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a mis-
demeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less
than $5.00 nor more than $50, unless such conviction and fine
be otherwise provided for in this act.
SEC. 12. And be it further enacted, That all acts and parts
of acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, inconsistent here-
with be, and the same are, hereby repealed.
SEC. 13. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 336.
AN ACT to authorize and direct the Police Commissioners to
pay out of the "Special Fund" a pension to Aquilla J.
Pumphrey, formerly captain of detectives of the Police
Department of the City of Baltimore, a member of said
police force, and who received for 35 years serious injuries
while he was in the discharge of his duties as a member of
the Police Department.
