thirty-four dollars and thirteen cents ($21,934.13), be and it
is hereby appropriated to be paid unto the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore on account of over payments, by said
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, to the Springfield State
Hospital for the Insane of the State of Maryland and The
Maryland Hospital for the Insane, the said overpayment hav-
ing been made for the care of the insane during the year 1910.
and that the Comptroller of the Treasury of Maryland be and
he is hereby authorized and directed to draw his warrant upon
the Treasurer of the State of Maryland for the sum of twenty
one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four dollars and thirteen
cents ($21,934.13) in favor of said Mayor and City Council
of Baltimore.
SEC. 2. That the sum of $15,062.69 be and it is hereby
authorized to be paid to the treasurers of the counties respec-
tively, and in the several sums or proportions, respectively, here
inbelow set out; the said respective sums being the amounts of
over payments by said counties respectively, during the year
1910, for the care of insane patients from said counties respec-
tively, in the Springfield State Hospital for the Insane of the
State of Maryland, and the Maryland Hospital for the Insane,
and that the Comptroller of the Treasury of Maryland be and
he is hereby authorized and directed to draw his warrant upon
the Treasurer of the State of Maryland for the following sums,
payable to the treasurers of the- counties, respectively, viz:
To the Treasurer of Allegany County, $194.92.
To the Treasurer of Anne Arundel County, $946.36.
To the Treasurer of Baltimore County, $3,011.71.
To the Treasurer of Caroline County, $484.94.
To the Treasurer of Carroll County, $1,111.90.
To the Treasurer of Calvert County, $178.74.
To the Treasurer of Cecil County, $197.23.
To the Treasurer of Charles County, $192.22.
To the Treasurer of Dorchester County, $931.05.
To the Treasurer of Frederick County, $443.05.
To the Treasurer of Garrett County, $316.21.
To the Treasurer of Harford County, $1,332.28.
To the Treasurer of Howard County, $841.33.
To the Treasurer of Kent County, $325.02.
To the Treasurer of Montgomery County, $611.86.
